About Voltt.
A GTM systems consultancy built for the AI era
Voltt’s Framework™
Architecture. Automation. Enablement. Leadership.
These are our four core product pillars
Behind Voltt
I'm Will Ascough, a GTM Systems Architect. I've spent the past decade building and leading Revenue Operations and GTM ecosystems for some of the UK's fastest-growing companies.
Before founding Voltt, I led GTM Systems at Multiverse, the AI and apprenticeships platform founded by Euan Blair and now valued at $2.1bn after its 2026 funding round. I designed the Salesforce and automation architecture supporting hundreds of users across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, from forecasting engines and pipeline visibility to AI-driven workflows and RevOps automation.
Across those years I kept seeing the same pattern. Companies scaling fast while their systems fell behind. Data got messy. Tools drifted apart. Process killed momentum.
Voltt is my answer. A consultancy built on clarity, simplicity and design-led thinking, bridging technical precision and real commercial impact.
Today I work directly with founders, RevOps leaders and growth teams to rebuild their GTM systems for the AI era, designing the architectures, automations and enablement layers that connect people, data and decisions.

“Will has made monumental changes to our salesforce CRM. He’s ridiculously efficient and helpful and has made quite challenging project very manageable for myself and the rest of the sales team at ghd. Our CRM has been modernised and the user experience of the sales team and myself has massively improved, shifting from quite a negative outlook of Salesforce to now a very positive one. Looking forward to implementing our future projects that are in the pipeline”
